The coastline series is inspired by the movement and playfulness of coastline sand.

A summer moment,  while light beachsand sliding through my hand, awakened memories of distant coastlines. My mind travels from the volcanic beaches along the Guatemalan volcanic sand coastline to the Maldives seashore by night, where bioluminescent plankton giving the sand a blue night glow. Each with their unique texture and colourpallet calling the inner child to explore.

Each artwork made with sand and pigments creating a reflection of my experience of the continues motion of the sand.
